Thoughts.

Quote from a John Denvers video posted on youtube: "John Denver is not given the credit he deserves. He must have been one of the greatest song writers AND SINGERS of the last century, but so few people appreciated his work. I don't know why. I have seldom heard anything betetrt han his work.- andyandymax"

Really now?  Why do people say things like this??  This one video has over 3 million views, for a man who's been dead for over 10 years.  He won numerous music awards.  Maybe you, sir, do not give him the credit he "deserves"?  I, for one, find John Denvers boring.

I keep on voting, and they keep not counting my vote.  I think Bill Hicks said something witty about chosing the puppet on the left, or the puppet on the right.  That pretty much sums it up.

"Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves."
Bill Hicks
 That also sums it up.

It's a little sad that Bill Hicks died over 15 years ago and his comedy is still so relevent today.  Perhaps he was before his time, but I'd hate to think we aren't progressing.  Shouldn't things begin to feel out of date? Are we living in circles?

The problem with global warming: Totally Solved.

I was feeling very altruistic on my drive home the other day and was trying to come up with a solution for global warming.  So, I thought deeply about the problem.

The real problem is... global warming guilt.  And where does this guilt come from?  The media telling us we should care about future generations.

I have a 4 step problem with global warming solution:

1. Don't have kids
2. Don't become attached to any younger people

3. Don't become attached to any long-lived animals such as koi or tortoises
4. Don't find yourself liking any trees or plants or anything.  I suggest working up a good hatred towards nature and going outside.

I also suggest you don't get doe-eyed when you see polar bears.  Believe me, they don't care about you.

As for any current global warming problems?  I'VE never SEEN a tsunami, so I'm not even sure they exist.

Guilt resolved.
